1.Agreement to Terms

1.1  These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", "you") and Expert Technologies BD ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a technology and security product supplier based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, online platform, and all related services.

1.2  By placing an order or accessing our online platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1.3  If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services and platform immediately.

1.4  We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued engagement with our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.5  Our services are primarily directed to individuals and organizations within Bangladesh. Use from other jurisdictions is subject to applicable local laws.

1.6  These Terms apply to all individual buyers, corporate clients, resellers, project contractors, and institutional purchasers.

2.Products & Services

Expert Technologies BD is a specialized supplier of IT and security products in Bangladesh. Our product portfolio includes, but is not limited to:

PA System & Public Address Solutions:

• Indoor and outdoor PA systems, amplifiers, speakers, and microphones
• Zone-based audio distribution and emergency broadcast systems

Conference System:

• Wired and wireless conference microphone systems
• Video conferencing equipment and room-based collaboration solutions

Walkie Talkie & Two-Way Radio:

• Commercial and professional-grade walkie talkies
• Digital/analog handheld and base station radios

CCTV Surveillance:

• IP cameras, analog cameras, PTZ cameras, and dome cameras
• DVR/NVR recording systems, video management software (VMS)
• Complete CCTV project design, supply, and installation

PABX & Telephone Systems:

• Digital and IP-PABX systems for offices and enterprises
• Auto-attendant, call recording, and IVR solutions

IP Phone:

• SIP-based IP desk phones, cordless IP phones
• Softphone solutions and unified communication endpoints

Networking:

• Managed/unmanaged switches, routers, and access points
• Fiber optic, structured cabling, and rack solutions
• Firewall, bandwidth management, and network security appliances

Office Equipment:

• Printers, scanners, photocopiers, projectors, and interactive displays
• UPS, power surge protectors, and stabilizers

Access Control:

• Biometric attendance and door access systems
• RFID card readers, electric door locks, and video intercom
• Integrated access control and time-attendance software

Monitor & Display:

• LED/LCD monitors, 4K displays, and commercial-grade screens
• Interactive whiteboards and digital signage displays

Laptop & Computer Equipment:

• Business laptops, workstations, and desktop PCs
• Computer peripherals, storage devices, and accessories

All Other IT Equipment:

• Servers, NAS/SAN storage, and cloud gateways
• IT consumables, spare parts, and any related technology product

2.1  Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without prior notice.

2.2  We reserve the right to modify our product catalog, discontinue any product, or introduce new product categories at our discretion.

2.3  Product images, specifications, and descriptions are provided for guidance. Actual products may vary slightly. Always verify specifications with our sales team before placing bulk or project orders.

3.Ordering & Order Confirmation

3.1  Orders may be placed via phone, email, WhatsApp, or through our official online platform. We operate through our corporate office and online channels — we do not operate a retail showroom.

3.2  An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation (quotation acceptance, purchase order acknowledgment, or proforma invoice sign-off) from Expert Technologies BD.

3.3  For project-based orders or bulk procurement, a signed work order or purchase order from the customer is required before processing.

3.4  We reserve the right to reject, modify, or cancel any order at our sole discretion — including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3.5  Orders involving installation, configuration, or project services will be governed by a separate project agreement or scope of work document.

4.Pricing & Payment

4.1  All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated in a formal quotation.

4.2  Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed in writing at the time of order acceptance.

4.3  Applicable VAT, AIT, and any other government-imposed taxes or levies are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly stated as included in the quoted price.

4.4  Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash payment at our corporate office (by appointment)
• Bank transfer / NEFT / RTGS to our designated company account
• Cheque (subject to realization before order dispatch)
• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad (for applicable order values)
• Corporate credit (for approved accounts only, subject to credit terms)

4.5  For project orders, payment is typically structured as: advance payment upon order confirmation, milestone payments during execution, and final payment upon project completion — as agreed in the project agreement.

4.6  In case of non-payment or delayed payment, Expert Technologies BD reserves the right to suspend services, withhold deliveries, and charge applicable late payment interest.

5.Delivery & Logistics

5.1  Expert Technologies BD delivers products throughout Bangladesh within 7 (seven) days of order confirmation, subject to product availability and destination. Exception: Walkie Talkie products have a separate delivery timeline as stated in Section 5.2.

5.2  Delivery timelines by product category:

• All standard products (CCTV, IP Phone, PABX, PA System, Conference System, Networking, Access Control, Monitor, Laptop & all IT equipment): Delivered within 7 (seven) days of order confirmation, anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Walkie Talkie: Delivery requires 60 (sixty) working days from order confirmation. This extended timeline is due to mandatory government radio frequency license processing, which must be fully completed before physical delivery of the units. Customers are advised to factor this timeline into their project planning.
• Project/bulk orders: As per mutually agreed project schedule.

5.3  Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5.4  For large or heavy equipment (e.g., PA systems, server racks, UPS), special transport arrangements may be required and will be coordinated separately.

5.5  Risk and title of goods pass to the buyer upon successful delivery and acknowledgment of receipt.

5.6  Expert Technologies BD is not liable for delivery delays caused by traffic disruptions, hartal/blockades, natural disasters, port congestion, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

5.7  The customer must inspect goods at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported immediately and noted on the delivery receipt.

6.Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

6.1  Products may be eligible for return or replacement within 7 (seven) days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

6.2  To be eligible for return, products must:

• Be in their original, unused condition
• Be in original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, and cables
• Be accompanied by the original invoice or delivery challan
• Not have been installed, configured, or tampered with

6.3  The following are NOT eligible for return or refund:

• Products with broken seals, opened packaging, or missing accessories
• Software licenses, firmware keys, and activated subscriptions
• Custom-configured or specially imported products
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or power surge
• CCTV, access control, and networking items once installed and commissioned
• Products where the return request is made after 7 days of delivery

6.4  For defective products, a replacement will be offered after technical inspection and verification by our service team.

6.5  Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or as agreed.

6.6  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed defective by our team.

7.Warranty Policy

7.1  Warranty coverage varies by brand, product category, and supplier terms. Specific warranty periods are stated on the product invoice or warranty card.

7.2  General warranty guidelines:

• CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR: 1–3 years (brand dependent)
• IP phones and PABX systems: 1 year
• Networking equipment (switches, routers, APs): 1–3 years (brand dependent)
• Access control devices: 1 year
• PA systems and conference equipment: 1 year
• Walkie talkies: 6 months–1 year (brand dependent)
• Laptops and computers: As per brand warranty terms
• Office equipment: As per brand warranty terms

7.3  All warranty claims require the original purchase invoice and must be submitted to our service center with the defective unit.

7.4  Warranty is void in cases of:

• Physical damage, breakage, or burns caused by the user
• Unauthorized modification, repair, or opening of the device
• Damage due to power fluctuations or improper electrical installation
• Water damage, corrosion, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions
• Serial number tampering or removal

7.5  For brand warranty claims, Expert Technologies BD acts as the authorized channel. We will coordinate with the brand's authorized service center on your behalf.

8.Installation & After-Sales Services

8.1  Expert Technologies BD offers professional installation, configuration, and commissioning services for the products we supply.

8.2  Installation services are governed by a separate service agreement or scope of work and will include mutually agreed timelines, site requirements, and payment terms.

8.3  Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available for CCTV, access control, networking, PABX, and PA systems. AMC terms are provided separately.

8.4  Any third-party installation of products purchased from us without our involvement may void the product warranty at our discretion.

8.5  Remote technical support is available during business hours. On-site support is subject to service charges and scheduling.

9.User Accounts & Platform Use

9.1  Corporate clients may apply for a registered account on our platform to access pricing, order history, and support services.

9.2  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at info@experttechnologiesbd.com in case of unauthorized access.

9.3  Account misuse, unauthorized sharing of credentials, or activity that violates these Terms may result in immediate account termination.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1  All content on the Expert Technologies BD website and marketing materials — including logos, product descriptions, images, brochures, and technical documentation — is the intellectual property of Expert Technologies BD or its respective brand partners.

10.2  You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10.3  Brand logos, trademarks, and product names displayed on our platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1  Expert Technologies BD collects customer data (name, contact information, company details, and transaction history) for order processing, service delivery, and customer support purposes.

11.2  We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing without explicit consent.

11.3  We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

11.4  By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1  Expert Technologies BD shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of business, data loss, or loss of profits.

12.2  Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

12.3  We are not responsible for losses arising from improper installation, unauthorized configuration changes, or use of our products outside specified operating conditions.

12.4  Expert Technologies BD is not liable for downtime or loss resulting from third-party service disruptions, network outages, or utility failures.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

13.2  Any dispute arising from these Terms or any transaction with Expert Technologies BD shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

13.3  If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 (thirty) days of written notification, it shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

13.4  Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court.
